The City of Springfield’s elected officials are comprised of private citizens from all walks of life. Not only are they residents of our city, but they are also willing public servants who take very seriously their roles as representatives of our community.      To work on developing and enhancing the qualities that makes our city unique through historic preservation measures and revitalization of our downtown area
