The Board of Directors of the Springfield Downtown Development Authority will be holding a public meeting on:
Monday, February 19th at 5:30pm
Meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of Springfield City Hall located at
130 S. Laurel Street

The City of Springfield Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings with meeting immediately following close of the public hearings on March 5, 2018 beginning at 6:00pm.
The City of Springfield Mayor and Council will hold public hearings, with regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearings on March 13, 2018 beginning at 6:00pm.
The above mentioned public hearings will be held to receive comments on the following items:
1. Request for a conditional use by Sarah Webster to operate a screen room business out of the residential zoned property located at 120 Rose Drive.
2. Request by Troy East for a variance to reduce the rear and side lot setbacks at the residential zoned property located at 104 Hatch Street.
3. Request for a conditional use by Stacy Scruggs to operate a concrete business out of the residential zoned property located at 124 Rose Drive.
All public hearings and meetings will be held in the Springfield Council Room located at 130 S. Laurel Street (located between Springfield City Hall and Springfield Police Department).

A Public Hearing to receive public comments, reference this alcohol license request, will be held at the City of Springfield Council Chambers located at 130 South Laurel Street, Springfield GA, on March 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. A Council Meeting will follow the close of the public hearing during which the application will be considered for approval by Council.
