PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

 

A college degree in business or public administration is preferred, but not required, with at least 2 years of government experience or 5 years of non-government experience in an administrative role. The person must have a thorough understanding of normal procurement procedures. Experience with and a thorough understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus. Potential candidate must have a valid driverís license.

 

The person in this position is required to have, or obtain within four years of hire, the following: Class 1 Georgia Water Operator license.

 

The starting salary is based on experience and/or certifications.
